KEEP UP AND START A NEW VOYAGE IN THE BEST TIME ——2020 CAC Annual Meeting and Commendation Conference

On January 28, 2021, the CAC 2020 annual meeting with the theme of Initial Heart and Striving was held in Shanghai office and plants.Following epidemic prevention and control regulations, this annual meeting will be held online. Shanghai office is main venue and three manufacturing plants including Rudong, Xinyi, and Xingan shown lively.

   More than 300 representatives from the four venues attended the annual meeting, other staff watched via online streaming app.

A strategic forum, an annual commendation and awards ceremony, and a gala formed the major activates parts. All the participants rewarded with long and warm applause when awards were announced and splendid performance displayed.

Great minds think alike- Thematic Forum

Wanqiang Feng, manager of the Global Marketing Department, made opening remark with the words "Strategy leads the future".

Leaders from manufacturing plants, marketing and sales departments, the board, all delivered thoughtful speeches about their insights of company’s strategy in future which would be the valued material to CAC.

2020 was an extraordinary year.

Facing the adversity, CAC staff showed the great solidarity to overcome various setbacks. They seized every opportunity to resume work and production during pandemic. All the work throughout the year has achieved fabulous results, including technological innovation, cost reduction, efficiency enhancement and market registration.

To honor above excellent outcomes, Jacky Wang, the Marketing Director   announce the various awards including t the Concerted Force Award, the Most Valuable Registration Award, Excellent Team, HSE Advanced Management Team, Excellent Employees, etc. As the most important products—Dharma Product Award went to Azoxystrobin team.

Chairman Farmer Tin, President Xie and other group leaders bestowed trophies and bonuses to the prize-winners at the main venue and branch. And winner expressed they would seizing opportunities, and striving for greater results in future.

In the end, the lively and festive online gala, from the four places, will climax the annual meeting to great joy. No matter leaders or ranks, all people express their happiness through poetry recitation, dancing and shows.

The 2020 annual meeting ended with a joyous atmosphere. In 2021, CAC will march forward courageously toward the grand blueprint drawn by the new strategy, and create even more "bullish" performance. As Chairman Farmer Tin said, we are confident to go well in 2021!
